The Commander, accompanied by Major Appel, flies to Sirt. There conference with Fliegerführer Afrika. Afterwards General Rommel flies to Arco dei Fileni and orders 5.lei.Div. to complete the occupation of Marada. During the afternoon the Commander visited the Div.Ariete in its new positions (see activity report). General Rommel spends the evening with General Fröhlich in Sirt. Throughout the whole of the day the 8th, from lunchtime onwards also the 9th Naval Transport Squadron are unloaded.

Aerial reconnaissance ascertains enemy reconnaissance from Agedabia to the south.
