Mobile Device Readability Test – please comment

It was brought to my attention that the currently used typescript (Courier 12 pts) may not be easy to read on mobile devices. I am using it primarily to give the site an old-fashioned feel, but would not want to do so at the expense of accessibility.

So below some examples of other typescripts. Comments would be very welcome, in particular if you could let me know how you access the site (mobile device type, browser)

1) Current

2) Current bold

  1. I am using Opera on a small Android phone. I like Baskerville best, followed by just about any of the proportionally spaced sans-serif fonts. -TwentySidedCat
